A liderança é caracterizada pela arte de realizar feitos, conquistas, atingir resultados através das pessoas. Para isso, é fundamental saber se relacionar com as pessoas. Por isso, eu faço uma primeira pergunta:
Como você se relaciona consigo mesmo? Como você se trata?
Se você não sabe responder a essas perguntas, como espera liderar pessoas, entendê-las e, através desta compreensão, definir e adaptar as pessoas para as várias funções do negócio, perceber quando uma pessoa se desalinhou em relação à estratégia da empresa, perceber as sutilezas que envolvem as relações?
[CORTAR]Relacionar-se é construir pontes, é conversar, questionar, aceitar, argumentar, se abrir, se decepcionar, se surpreender, perdoar. Há lideres que se fecham, não se mostram, só criticam, só enxergam os problemas, deixam o medo tomar conta. Esses líderes constroem paredes. Algumas são tão altas que o impedem de enxergar a realidade do seu negócio.
Na verdade, estou falando de liderança, mas construir pontes é o caminho para todo tipo de relacionamento, entre marido e mulher, pais e filhos, chefe e equipe, professor e alunos etc. Parece fácil, mas sabemos como o dia a dia nos impõe vários desafios. Então, meu questionamento da semana é:
