O que te faz feliz?
As respostas podem ser tão diferentes quanto o número de pessoas que existem no mundo. O que faz alguém feliz não necessariamente fará o outro, e essa é uma das coisas que nos torna tão singulares.
Mas às vezes é importante parar a observar as pequenas coisas do dia a dia, e sentir-se feliz (e grato!) por elas.
Dê uma olhadinha na lista abaixo, com ideias tiradas do livro “Happiness is… 500 things to be happy about”, de Ralph Lazar e Lisa Swerling, aprenda novas palavras em inglês, e lembre-se de quando você viveu cada situação mencionada (e se não viveu, esperamos que viva)!
